Shannon has led organizations through complex strategic initiatives utilizing a human-centered approach. Shannon is known for her delivery leadership and her ability to initiate the “impossible” projects. With extensive experience spanning Fortune 100 companies, startups, and top consulting firms, she combines expertise in strategic technology initiative delivery, organizational change management, and technology communications to drive impactful results.

Shannon obtained a BBA in Management Information Systems and an MA in the Human Dimension of Organizations from The University of Texas at Austin.

Shannon has worked at Ernst & Young, Dell, Merck, NXP and BigCommerce. She is also an active board member, a creative, a speaker and a mentor for all things STEAM-related. You can learn more about her on LinkedIn.
